We make a variety of gluten-free baked goods; however, we are not strictly a gluten-free facility. We do make other baked goods using wheat flour.
We make a variety of soy-free baked goods; however, we are not strictly a soy-free facility. We do make other baked goods using soy milk, soybean oil, and soy lecithin.
We do not use any peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils or nut flours in our bakery. We do use gluten-free flour by Bob's Red Mill, which is packaged on equipment that also packages almond and hazelnut flours. In addition, although we make every attempt possible to purchase nut-free ingredients, we cannot certify that every ingredient used in our bakery is not processed in a facility that may use nuts or nut products.
The powdered sugar that we use contains cornstarch to prevent caking. In addition, baking powder also contains a small amount of cornstarch. Certain products may also contain cornstarch and/or corn syrup.
Mini cupcakes are available in the following flavors: vanilla cupcakes with vanilla or chocolate frosting and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla or chocolate frosting. The minimum order is 10 dozen (120 mini cupcakes).
3-4 days notice is typically required for all orders, but sometimes (especially around holidays!) we tend book up quickly, so the more notice the better!
We have very limited space in our shop and cannot offer cake tastings. We offer a large variety of cupcakes flavors available for purchase in our shop daily.
Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, we cannot donate to every organization. We regularly donate to animal shelters/sanctuaries and other organizations close to our hearts. We also regularly donate a percentage from some cupcakes to certain organizations.
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day they are purchased (of course), but many of our customers pick up cupcakes a day ahead of time. Our cupcakes are best kept room temperature in an air-tight container (the same way you'd want to keep a fresh loaf of bread). If cupcakes are kept in an air-tight container, they will stay fresh for at least 3-4 days. Our cupcakes can also be frozen for a month or longer. Defrost them at room temperature.
We update our menu on a monthly basis, removing and adding new flavors. The only cupcakes that can be ordered are the ones currently listed on our menu at the time of order.
