This tier was delivered to a local wedding in Rutherford. The tier held approximately 100 cupcakes consisting of multiple flavors from our Saturday menu: Black & White, White Room, Strawberry Fields, and Lemon Raspberry.

We’re trying something new here at Sweet Avenue. We just recently starting testing out some edible frosting printing on cupcakes and we’re pretty happy with the results so now we’re going to be offering them for sale.

As you can see, lots of stuff looks great like this. We can do pretty much anything from birthdays and baby showers to wedding monograms and corporate logos. And of course, we’re always willing to try to accommodate special requests, so let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll see if we can do it.

All custom printed cupcakes require a minimum order of one dozen (12) and we suggest ordering a week or more in advance. Custom printed cupcakes are available in chocolate, vanilla or red velvet cake with vanilla, cream cheese or coconut frosting. Pricing is $4.00 each.

It’s been a little while since we posted cupcakes, and now we’ve got a few backed up. This photo is of a wedding tier we created for a couple that was delivered to the Women’s Club of Glen Ridge. The cupcakes were done in sage and lavender to match the couple’s theme. They also had a great florist who provided the beautiful flowers for the topper.

So here’s something new we’ve started working on… Cakes!

Since we’ve been asked so often if we do cake toppers for our cupcake tiers we decided to finally give it a shot, and we think it turned out really well. The bride and groom wanted a tier of Snowballs with blue flower accents. They also wanted some Strawberry Fields cupcakes for their guests to choose from. We created the simple and elegant cake for the top of the tier, matching the blue and white look of the Snowballs, but filling it with strawberry preserves. The cupcakes and cake topper were delivered to Arthur’s Landing in Weehawken, NJ.

  

We love the way everything turned out, so we’ll be offering cake toppers like this from now on, so if you’ve always wanted an awesome cupcake tier, but with a traditional layer cake on top, we can handle it for you!

This wedding cupcake tier was delivered to the Montclair Art Museum. It was made up of our Sexy Sadie, Strawberry Fields and Jet Black cupcakes.

Hurricane Hanna threatened to ruin the wedding, but luckily things cleared up in time for the reception to go smoothly, and our cupcake tier made it through in one piece.

Sweet Avenue was featured in another bridal magazine! This time we had a spot in the premiere issue of the (201) Magazine spinoff, (201) Bride. The (201) magazines focus on Bergen County, NJ and the premiere issue of (201) Bride looks really slick and well put-together, so we were very happy to be included.

For the magazine, we designed a wedding cupcake tier in pink and brown with the Latin inscription Amor Vincit Omnia — Love Conquers All. The spread and text is featured below.

Eight dozen cupcakes topped this wedding tier that was delivered to The Women’s Club of Englewood in Englewood, NJ.

Hey guys, we actually managed to knock out another batch of wedding cupcakes recently. These turned out great. The customers ended up going with Sexy Sadie, Mint Chocolate, Black & White, and Snowballs. A little something to please everybody. These guys were delivered to Sabor Restaurant in Hawthorne, NJ, which was where the reception was held.

We created 300 cupcakes for a wedding at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ. Cupcake varieties included: Black & White (chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting), Sexy Sadie (red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting), Root Beer Float (root beer-flavored cupcakes with root beer-flavored frosting AND a root beer candy stick!), Dark Side of the Moon (vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting), and S’mores (chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow frosting, creamy chocolate ganache, and graham crackers!).

We delivered these cupcakes to a wedding reception at Chakra in Paramus, NJ.

In addition to doing the cupcake tier, we also handled the wedding favors, which were individually packaged cupcakes in Chinese take-out boxes.
