We were thrilled when Jess and Brian of Ramapo College asked us to make cupcakes again for this year’s Vegan Thanksgiving event! We think it’s fantastic that Ramapo does a yearly event like this, so of course we were happy to be a part of it.

Cupcakes featured include: Pumpkin Spice, Dark Side of the Moon, Sexy Sadie, Black & White, White Room, Strawberry Fields, Fluffernutter, Cookies ‘n Cream, Snowball, and more.

Thank you again to Jess and Brian, everyone else at RCORE, and to all the Ramapo students who enjoyed our cupcakes!! Thank you for having us, and we hope to work with you again next year!

Here at Sweet Avenue we’re getting ready to celebrate our first full year in the shop, so we figured the best way to do that would be with music! We’re throwing another show in Lincoln Park (across the street from our shop — 153 Park Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070). It’ll be Saturday, August 23rd, 12-6pm. We’ve got a bunch of great bands lined up:

We delivered two separate tiers for a Sweet Sixteen party! The first tier was delivered to the girl’s Sweet Sixteen party at the Marriott Hotel in Teaneck, NJ.

The second tier was delivered to the girl’s high school: River Dell Regional High School in Oradell, NJ.

We really enjoyed working with the family to coordinate both events!

This pink and brown cupcake tier was delivered to the Landmark in East Rutherford, NJ for a Confirmation party. This tier held 75 cupcakes made up of Little Cutie (chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting) and Strawberry Fields (vanilla cake with strawberry frosting). The cake topper was provided by the client, and we think the whole set up for the event looked gorgeous!

This tier was delivered to Varka in Ramsey, NJ. It was designed for a little boy’s Christening. Yep, it’s pretty awesome, and likely very tasty.

This pink and white cupcake tier was designed for a bridal shower. It was topped with 40 cupcakes consisting of White Room and Strawberry Fields. This is the second time we’ve delivered a tier to Eros Cafe/After Athens, which is an eclectic Greek restaurant/lounge in Rutherford.

We created this space-themed birthday tier complete with rocket ships and stars for a boy’s party birthday this past weekend. It came out awesome, as you can see!
