February’s Cupcake of the Month is SPICY HOT CHOCOLATE!

This cupcake consists of a cayenne pepper chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache. Available all month long every Wednesday and Friday.

Where to begin?? So today is Friday, so that means Magical Mystery Flavor! Today’s Magical Mystery Flavor is… BANANA SPLIT! So you’re probably thinking… WHAT IS IN IT? Well, breathe. BREATHE! I’ll tell you. Banana Walnut Pineapple Cake filled with Bananas, Strawberry Preserves, Chocolate Ganache; topped with Vanilla Bean Frosting, more Chocolate Ganache, Rainbow Sprinkles, a Cherry & a Banana! Phew. Now I almost forgot to breathe for a second there. Hurry up and get here, because this one’s only available today.

May is just apparently too cool to have one Cupcake of the Month, so she’s got TWO. First one is MARGARITAVILLE (thanks to Lisa Marie for the great suggestion). It’s a Lime Tequila Cake with Lime Tequila Frosting topped with a lime wedge & crystal sugar. It will be available for Cinco de Mayo Weekend (May 1st – May 5th). It’s normal days: Tuesday & Thursday during the month of May.

The second one is PINA COLADA. This one is a rum-soaked vanilla cake, filled with pineapple, topped with coconut cream, shredded coconut & a cute umbrella! It will be available for Cinco de Mayo Weekend (May 1st – May 5th). It’s normal days: Wednesday & Friday during the month of May.

We’ve decided to start offering a special Cupcake of the Month! On the 1st of every month, if all goes according to plan, we’ll have an update with a brand new cupcake flavor that will only be available during that month.

Our first Cupcake of the Month is Orange Cranberry. It’s a vanilla cake filled with cranberry, topped with a light orange frosting with dried cranberries and white chocolate curls on top. We think it’s a pretty festive addition for Thanksgiving. It’s going to be available every Saturday (including today!) and Wednesday during November. Be sure to let us know what you think about the new flavor.
